Very good service and nice people.

I would not purchase or build a house from Lawler Construction. I thought he was a good builder until I purchased a house. The construction is good but he hires sub level subcontractors. They don’t know what they are doing and Lawler doesn’t check to see that things are done right. Doors and walls are installed improperly. We have had this house 3 years now and continue to find poor installation. We have looked at his new homes since our build and they are even cheaper versions of ours. J
