So they’ve been maintaining my house lawn and garden for the last 3 years. The first year was very good. However the following season it progressively got worse. Now when they come each week they only mow my lawn. I may for them to maintain all of the shrubs and plants around my lawn. My shrubs are now out of control and I will need to hire a separate company to clean them. When I’ve tried to reach out to them, they either hang up or yell at me.
