He was hired to inspect my home inLake Havasu, and stated all was “acceptable”, including attic and flat roof and escrow went thru. Upon receiving my keys to the home a month later, mold/mushrooms were found in the attic 5 feet from the attic access door and his excuse was there was stuff in the closet so he couldnt access, sent me a picture and it was only a set of golf clubs.. Now, 11 weeks later, we get our first rainfall, and my living room leaked water from the rain. Professional roofer
