Chris and Jamie to the rescue! We had what we thought was an overflowing grinder pump, turned out it was a broken pipe in our sewer system. They came out quickly, fixed the problem with a smile on their face. Prompt, friendly service with a great price. Thank you guys!!

Our grinder pump would not turn on today. We have visitors coming into town, so it was urgent! Called, and was told someone would be here early-mid afternoon. They actually came about 11 am, quickly diagnosed the issue, had the needed part(s) on the truck, and got us back “in business”. They also sprayed down the inside of tank, and ran the system through a couple of test cycles to be sure everything was “good to go”. The techs were friendly, professional, even funny.
