Rosa at the Goodyear store was such a joy to deal with. She informed us that we could not order furniture from her store to be delivered to our home in Wisconsin for the summer. But, she still took the time to go over in great detail the options and pricing for the set we were looking at. She even took the time to see if our set was available at the store by calling them. Keep in mind she was not making any commission on this also. She did make a sale for her company though just in another state

My wife and I needed to replace our recliners which were quite old. Rosa met us at the door. She was polite, courteous and professional. After asking us about what we were looking for she had us sit in a few recliners to see how we fit and what met our expectations. She then guided us to options that would meet those expectations.
