He took pictures of tiles that were cracked and chipped, and took more pics for part that needed to be fix as well. I highly recommend K&W roofing!!! I found them through a mom’s website that I am a part of. We had a leak in our roof that had water coming through our garage. I called and they were out the very next day and repaired it. So professional and did NOT gauge us with the price. They were actually beyond reasonable!!!!!
