We love this company and working with James, the owner. He is friendly and professional, and all the employees were as well. We have actually used them with two different residents now and continue to be extremely happy with his service. His prices are great, and the product is too, highly recommend

I contacted James numerous times to try to fix 2 windows under warranty. They have to be held up with a piece of wood. They failed within a couple of years. I sent a picture of the model number on the window. I also contacted the office several times. I can’t get anyone to respond since 2020. They do a fine job until they fail. They definitely should last longer than this. It is now 5 years later and still can’t get anyone to help.
