The whole process from the agent, Rayon, coming out to give me an estimate to the hard working team of men to remove and install new insulation was seamless! Chief was transparent with every step of the job being done. Showed me pictures and had me see in person what they did. They even cleaned up afterwards. I couldn’t be happier with the service. I highly recommend them to everyone.

Koala did a great job with our insulation. The two gentlemen that installed were very considerate and explained any questions we had. Also the sales person was great as he took his time as well and explained everything. We had two other estimates and those companies spent no time and we could tell they just wanted the job fast etc. etc. We would recommend Koala to anyone that needed a insulation.
