Great work, reliable, done in a timely matter and best of all, the clean up after they performed the work was at the bare minimum. We already have Koala scheduled to perform work at another location.

From the start of the process, meeting with Chris and discussing the job and having the work done, everything went very smooth. The install team was running a couple minutes late but they texted me beforehand to let me know, great communication. The install team was great. They were very professional.

Darrin gave us a fair quote for attic insulation and air sealing,, and was thoroughly involved from start to finish. Pablo let me know when they were on their way, and they were clearly conscientious of the work they were doing. They were friendly and regularly explained their progress and asked pertinent questions. After the work was done they cleaned up after themselves. Our salesman left the company so there was some ambiguity with the installation. The crew was prompt and thoroughly explained what they were doing. They sent us pictures of the completed installation. The company was good to work.
