Koala has great customer service and will make things right. It too soon to tell but it seems like the blown in insulation is maintaining cooler temperatures in my home. They had some mechanical difficulties which required them to come back out for a second day. Was disappointed that some of the equipment taken in the house left marks on our freshly painted walls. They also left some material scattered around our front yard. They claim 13" of insulation will be blown but there was no depth mark
