We can't say enough great things about Knight Security! We unfortunately experienced an issue with a keypad (at no fault of Knight) were very pleased with the support. Over the phone, Chris was very knowledgeable and quickly diagnoses our issue and got us up and running in a matter of minutes! I also had a fabulous experience when upgrading our equipment. They invited me to their San Marcos facility and even gave me a tour. Old world customer service, really fair pricing and just wonderful
