Updated (January 28, 2026): I haven’t heard from anyone at KMG, but I did receive my deposit refund from Speakman Home Solutions. I had called the KMG Basement Waterproofing number on Google and was directed to a subcontractor in Piketon, Ohio. Communication and follow-through were poor, and the project never began or progressed after paying a 50% deposit. I reached out to KMG to inform them but have yet to hear back. These guys are the real deal. They fixed our basement leaks quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend.
