John was incredible to work with. My husband and I wanted to see many different designs of our kitchen and john was so patient and helpful! Our kitchen is beautiful and the quality of cabinets is great!

Our relationship started out beautifully, John was receptive to suggestions and very pleasant to deal with…once items installed he became difficult- accused us (two women)of being nasty when we called him on certain issues…he blamed the installer for items we spoke to him about, and finally when we identified a cabinet as being damaged even before being painted ( never should have passed whatever quality control measures existed) he told us he would not get involved and referred us to the compa
