I can't recommend Shawn enough, he was incredibly knowledgeable, professional and timely. We had an issue with our mortise lock and he was able to take a look within an hour of my call. He quickly figured out the issue and had a solution, but recommended we contact the manufacturer to see if we would be able to receive a free replacement. I'm so happy he had that suggestion because the manufacturer was able to provide a replacement for free. Would absolutely call Kingstone for any other locksmit
