Not communicative! Appointment was set and was told to be prepared for visit between 8:30am and 1pm . Took 3 days longer than it should, had to come back twice for shotty work and had the unmitigated gall to threaten to leave because nobody was there the one morning that they actually showed up before 9:30am. You never know when they will show up but you can be sure they will leave trash inside and outside.

Kilroy did an awesome job installing my AC and furnace. They were super professional and didn’t stop until everything was just right. Anytime a little issue popped up, they fixed it quickly. I’d definitely recommend them—they really care about doing a great job.
