Their technicians are awesome, I can’t say enough about Colin. However, if you are buying a new unit, do yourself a big favor and avoid this company. A 4 year old unit is already faulty and although the parts warranty is still there, they will not waive a diagnostic fee. Its a principle issue at this point and their operations manager, David Weber will not do anything to help.
