The Kendall plumbing staff are awesome scheduling me with plumber Scott I requested who helped several years ago with a water leak and was excellent! After having 2 other companies out to find source of leak (unsuccessful), Scott was able to locate leak and fix immediately! He gave me peace of mind and relief. Poor customer service was evident throughout the entire experience. Not only was the schedule not followed as promised, but there was also a clear lack of communication and accountability. The disregard for agreed timelines caused unnecessary inconvenience, and the staff’s unresponsiveness only added to the frustration. Overall, the service fell short of expectations, leaving me disappointed and dissatisfied.

We did not have a good experience at all. Firstly they did not turn up for the original appointment, they called me and told me that they would now be coming later in the afternoon. When it got past the second quoted time I called them and was then told that they would now be coming the following day. Showed up quickly after we called them on a Monday morning for a busted leaking water heater. The serviceman was friendly, answered all my questions, taught me things I didn’t know and didn’t make a woman feel dumb! That’s always appreciated. The pricing seemed fair and it was accurate to what we were quoted over the phone too. We’ll be using Kendall for any future plumbing needs.
