Our old galvanized pipes finally raised the white flag and called it quits over the weekend: Kyle Lackner with KB Complete came to our rescue. I discovered at 9 p.m. that my AC had gone off and wouldn't come back on. My house had just gone on the market, with the open house scheduled the next day, with temps veering into the 90's and humidity skyrocketing. I called KB that evening, talked to a very pleasant woman, who said she would make a note that I needed a tech the following day as early as possible. At 7:40 a.m. the next morning Brandon called to say he was on his way. When the open house started several hours later, my house was
