Matt is very knowledgeable with my fireplace and he was able to diagnose what the issues were on my fireplace. He was able to reconfigure and removed the faulty remote control unit to just manually turn on and light the fireplace. He recommended using the manually light method to be the most trouble free method for years to come. Matt came across as very knowledgeable and honest and I would strongly recommend him for this service.
