Damaged my hardwood floors and have been calling daily for 2 weeks asking for a return call from Mike the owner. I also tried emailing him twice and still no response at all. The carpet cleaning service provided was not good either and now I have several stairs damaged from the technician dragging the carpet machine over them and unable to get any response or call back. So $300 dollars for a bad carpet cleaning and likely another $300 dollars to fix my floors. Scam company, don't waste your time

Not even gonna lie I didnt expect this level of cleanliness the stains were deep but they handled it easily

, Very reliable and trustworthy service, the staff was respectful and I could tell they knew what they were doing. It's hard to find this level of dedication these days.
