Was quick to fix 2 shades that needed new strings.

Tommy came out to my grandparent's home for a possible repair. He was extremely professional and was very willing to help. If anyone knows grandparent age people, you know that they want to fix things before replacing due to age. My grandparents paid a lot of money for their blinds many years ago and still enjoy them.
