Melinda.K was absolutely amazing today. As a Property Manager I juggle 20 things often at once. So today I was on two different calls one with gas and one with trash. Melinda held the line and stayed patient as time is running out before the holiday, nights are getting colder and there is no heat on in 2 units. Clearly not good.
