First and foremost, when I ordered a sample and received a full size door - I was amazed. Kaylin Jenkins (customer relations mgr) went above and beyond in helping with my order of all new kitchen cabinets from start to finish. I highly recommend these cabinets to everyone! Kaylin is a total asset to this company.

I have no clue why people leave bad reviews about Troy. He’s been nothing but helpful and patient. Great at designing kitchens and was very fair with price, BUT my issue is with starmark. If you have a large kitchen project I would stay away from starmark. I’ve had to go back and forth with Troy for months now on replacements, and my General contractor has modified and fixed many of starmark issues. That being said, Starmark has never given us any issues replacing items, but the quality control

Buyer beware, great at first if everything is ok but don’t expect a response if you don’t receive your order. I’ve been trying for over a month to get a response back for three glass cabinet doors that I ordered and paid for and didn’t receive.
