Called to ask for estimate. Was told by the lady I would receive a text and email so I could follow up with some photos. Have not received anything in over 24 hrs. Several other local garage door installers have provided quicker and more helpful follow up so I will be going with one of them.

I was able to schedule an appointment for just two days after the issue arose with the garage door closing unevenly between the two sides. Kevin arrived on time and within 15 minutes had the door fixed under warranty. May need a couple replacement parts if this re-occurs for the 35-yr old door. I would not hesitate to schedule K&B Door for any of my three garage doors for any future need.
