I contacted them today and informed them that I had some cardboard, plastic, and very lightweight items to move. They told me they would send someone over between 2:00 and 4:00 PM. About 15 minutes later, someone contacted me to let me know he was near the house and would arrive within 15 minutes. I replied, "Great, I'm at home." We needed to get rid of a sofa so we turned to the internet. Junk King popped up so we took a chance. They were very efficient and came immeduately. Dee was amazing managing to get this sofa out alone, and with good people skills. We will use them again. This sofa was heavy!
