USAA recommended them and we wish we would have done something differently. They did subpar tiling work thinking that it wouldn’t be seen in the closet or under the vanity. When pointed out to the supervisor, he claimed they would fix it. They ended up putting the bathroom back together and did not even touch the shoddy work. They offered to come back once again and tear the bathroom up and fix it, but we never heard from them again. Please avoid if possible.

This company, Jordan Restoration has helped me in the past as well. They are recommended by USAA. This time it was a claim for wind damage to my fence. I had not seen such a repair, but the 5-year warranty eases my mind. All who have interacted with me have been very respectful, and I really appreciate that as an older senior citizen.
