When I called, Sara told me they had an emergency project at the Bashas store, but if the plumbers returned to town, she would ask them to stop by and check out the water heater. Thankfully, they came in the afternoon. Darrell and Chris were able to diagnose the issue quickly. Because I need a small unit, and their purchase price isn't within my budget, I will need to shop around for an affordable one. However, Darrell was able to shut off the water to the water heater and turn my water back
