I made an appointment to have a sewer line replaced on our lake house in Hickory Creek. Chester showed up on time and explained how and when the repair would take place and at a very reasonable price. ( much more affordable than a plumber in Denton ) The replacement went as planned with little down time and the site was left as though they were never here. They made a call 2 weeks after the completion just to see if all was good. They communicated throughout the process and did a real nice job.

Jolly plumbing is by far the most honest and fair priced plumbing company we’ve ever used. Austin was our technician and did an amazing job with locating our leak and communication to us. He had a pressure gauge break on site and he immediately went and bought another one to make sure he got the job done right! So thankful!!!

Had a great experience with Jolly Plumbing. My water heater sprang a leak and they sent a crew to relace it the same day. Austin and Jacob were the plumbers and they were exceptional. Knowledgeable, friendly, and went out of their way to get things fixed. Even coming back the next day (Saturday) to fix a separate problem.

Called for an estimate. NOT a service call. No mention of payment beforehand. Was here for 15 min to take a few pictures. Charged double the price (of what?) because we “live too far”. That’s 32 miles from Keller to our house. We understand no one can “work for free” but you know you should disclose all charges before. Then let us decide if we want to proceed. Why didn’t you? Because NO ONE would agree to pay $200 for pictures. We’ve worked with Chester for years. Never had an issue. But we won’

UPDATE 8/28/24: The repair done by Shawn and Jacob didn't last long. It broke because the installation was very poor, bending the pex lines to where the pex ruptured and failed, spraying water into the inside of my wall, destroying my wall. This poor repair wasn't under warranty after 2 years, so I had to pay for them to come repair the poor repair they made the first time, and now I have to replace my water soaked wall. If you use jolly plumbing, expect them to be out again in two years to fix
