So dissapointed in Jojo. AVOID under all costs. Extremely unprofessional. Takes 100% of money upfront before delivering final product and does not follow up. Uses ChatGPT for everything. Jojo fails on so many counts on any large project; she simply does not have the depth or width of experience and knows very little about practical aspects when rubber hits the road. For smaller projects, boutique floor and tile stores have designers that do a fantastic job in the range of all their products.
