Just had a service call today for a stoppage in the main sewer line exiting the house. Derrick fixed the problem quickly but what really impressed me was the honesty. I paid in cash and a few bills stuck together. Derrick noticed this after he left and came back knocking on my door with my change.

Super unprofessional. They sent someone to look at a leak and the service guy Frank said we would not be charged since he would need to come back when he could see the leak. Now they want me to pay $211 even though they never mentioned a charge at any point. Save yourself the headache and call someone else.

I had some really old opened plumbing permit that need it to be closed & This was the ONLY place that helped me open a gas permit to resolve the decades issue. Susan was very helpful and responsive. Gary was there to assure everything went smoothly w/ Inspection. I highly recommend this place.
