Cahill went above and beyond to provide expedited service for a sewer scope and rodding when I was under contract to sell my house. The customer service was excellent, they understood the deadline I was under and really made a huge effort to get out to my house the following morning to get the work done. Our difficult-to-get-to furnace stopped working. The problem was carefully diagnosed and options were offered without pressure, just trustworthy wisdom. The repair was made and then well-tested. Called and asked for an estimate because my mom’s actuator on her HVAC unit went out. The call was made at 4 PM. They said that they would have to charge me the overtime rate which Over $400. Fair during regular hours. I then called another company that was able to diagnose and fix it. They charged $100 for the diagnosis. And they were open till 6 PM so you guys are rip off artist two stars so it’s harder to delete

He took the time to explain possible causes, the reasoning for each, and the best path forward. He was courteous, mindful, and highly knowledgable. Communication was excellent and we especially appreciated that the same individual who did the estimate also was assigned the actual job. Highly recommended!

This is the worst, non responsible company imaginable. They charge a fee for coming out, 40 minutes late for their appointment, then you never hear from them again, they have your $99.00 hostage. Not professional, not responsible, not worth it!
