Joe Wilde replaced our weather stripping recently. The stripping began to bow in a couple places. Robert came out today and honestly assessed the issue and took steps to make sure it won't happen again. I appreciate their honesty and professionalism!

Two days later, Rob arrived when promised, made the repairs thoughtfully, and communicated clearly throughout the process. While others pushed for a full replacement, they took the time to repair what was already there. Excellent service.

I called Joe Wilde with a garage door issue at 9:00 AM and by 10:00 AM the technician, Tyler was at my house. He assessed the situation, had the tools and hardware for repairs and finished the job . He also checked the entire door to see that everything was in working order. Then he explained what he had done and why. What great customer service. Price was very reasonable.
