We found JMG misrepresented their capabilities: ability to do the work and that they could start the design immediately. Weeks after signing a contract, they had only come to our house for 1 meeting, had not setup a schedule and the few tasks they had done were botched. Before you do business with JMG, check the fine print in the contract, preferred providers list, how prices are handled & "lack of providing a schedule". We had our master bathroom shower, countertops and fixtures replaced with custom tile and a glass surround for the shower, new natural stone for the countertops, painted the cabinets and walls.
