1. Unprofessional worker service the filter and cause the damage, then they make excuses to charge me more saying it was my pool old. 2. Not enough regularly weekly service after payment. Keep charging customer more money by keep different excuses. They will also just add $10 after 1 day later after you told them stop serve. Not reliable company. Worker not come in time or missing the service day; constant find excuses to charge more. Worst service pool company.

Jose helped me out in a pinch and did a very good job maintaining my pool while I was away. Jose was responsive and professional when working with him. I will definitely be using him again.

I have been using JMart for my pool maintenance for 5 years. They are consistent. My pool maintenance days are Tuesday and it nice to know that every Tuesday they will show up for the pool cleaning. What's really nice is if I have a problem with my pool I can alway send a message regarding the problem. They will always come out to assess the problem and make recommendations for repair if needed..Most of my repair have been done by JMART. So, they are very knowledgeable in pool management.
