Julio was so responsive! I heard back promptly after submitting a request via the website and he came out to the house a couple days later to review our project: replacing (very old!) undercabinet lights in our kitchen. After reviewing the project, Julio said he could get the lights and have his colleague David come back that afternoon to install. It was great to get the project done in one day - and we are VERY happy with the results! I don't think it was a terribly complicated project ... but
