Good customer service and everything

I had a really frustrating experience with Joe’s Glass. I called ahead and was told they could handle the job, so I drove an hour each way expecting to get it taken care of. After all that time and effort, I showed up only to be told they actually *couldn’t* do the job after all. It’s incredibly disappointing to be given the wrong information and waste that much time on the road. If they weren’t sure, they should have said so upfront instead of giving me the runaround. Definitely won’t be comin

Jim's House of Glass in Lake Havasu City installed a high quality patio door very professionally. They had to knock out the stucco and do a total replacement with new stucco. Looks awesome.
