Jet City did a foundation repair for me. They were prompt, efficient and helpful. Answered my questions patiently and made sure I understood what was happening. I liked that the crew were cheerful despite rain and even snow on one day. They further went out of their way to fix a small additional problem which showed up at the end of the job. Terrible, We got a good estimate and were ready to move forward with him and he said he couldn't do business with us because we were a property management company. Then I had the home owner call in and the person answered the phone saying "Yeah". Then said he would have his business partner call us back, we never got any call. Terrible waste of time and terrible customer service.
