Very unprofessional experience. I spoke with Dan for a quote on a home surveillance system installation, and he was rude, unresponsive, and sounded like he genuinely disliked his own job. That’s perfectly fine with me, I’m more than happy to take my business elsewhere to a company that actually cares about its customers and doesn’t ignore them. Avoid!
