We were impressed by the knowledge and professionalism of JBI's sales rep and by the quality and efficiency of the install, and we can report that we have been very happy with the semi-annual preventive maintenance visits to date. We get peace of mind from the fact that the generator routinely cycles for five minutes each week and then sends a text to us confirming that all is well.
