James is attentive and super efficient. He is timely with his appointments and very reliable when it comes to communication on arrival time each time out. Easy to work with and I am glad I found a permanent option here in Fort Thomas, KY.

I was hit by a car in February that resulted in a severely fractured wrist that needed, not one, but two surgeries! Given that circumstance, I’d been worrying a lot about getting my small yard mowed this spring and summer, becoming so fixated on it that it was keeping me up at night! On a whim, I reached out to a couple of people to see if anyone could help me… (Pretty sure this is how I die… By inviting random strangers to come to my house and telling them, “I have cash!”😂) and, oh my gosh! W

We originally were so excited to find James and we even went above and beyond to tip him the first time he cut our grass (3x what we originally were going to pay). The last time he was scheduled to come, he left, did not finish the job and we tried reaching out 4x with no response. We were genuinely concerned for him and still haven't heard anything but got a cancellation of our service. Horrible, horrible consumer experience and I would not hire him.
