Tv was damaged (sometimes life happens) but movers spent almost an hour which we were charged for trying to fix it which they couldn’t. The moment it happened we called and were told the hour would be waived later after payment since we had to file a claim for the tv. Tv was fixed no problem. But we were promised over and over that after the claim was resolved we would get the hour charged removed but after back and forth communication the manager just completely ended up ghosting my wife withou
