I recently reached out to Jack Sissel Well Services because I was experiencing low water pressure and wasn’t sure if my 20-year-old well pump might need replacing—which I knew could be a significant expense. I spoke with Tyler, who mentioned he was Jack’s grandson. He was friendly over the phone, and I appreciated that, so I scheduled an appointment with him for the next morning. I asked if Tyler himself would be coming out, and he said yes. I let him know I had to drop my wife off at the Santa
