I called Mark to ask about connecting my complex gas dryer. Although he was unable to assist me directly, he went above and beyond and called me, explained the process to me and gave me a reference to someone else who could help me. Truly appreciate his kindness.

We had to call J Enoch plumbing because our tub was stopped up. This is Friday night at 8pm, an emergency call because we only have 1 bathroom for 5 of us. Mark did a great job replacing the old outside water shut off valve with a new valve. He also changed out the old plug in the bathtub/shower with a new one. It was done in a timely manner and not too costly. Have used him three times and glad we have found a plumber we can rely on to do the job right and not try to get over on us.
