I hired Ismael Tree Service to remove a large ash that was invading my sewer line and some smaller diseased trees in the backyard. Leo came out to give me the estimate and I received it that day. He was able to schedule me quickly, was responsive and communicative throughout, and above all, took the extra step to go above and beyond. The team were very nice to work with and thoughtful, they cleared some branches/debris from the backyard and even stump ground two small bushes at no charge.
