Our horror story: we contracted with another company and, after rip out, discovered the cabinets were the wrong color. After ordering the cabinets from a reliable cabinet shop, Dan took over cabinet installation and coordination of the trades. Complicating everything was weather in the midwest, delaying shipping, local weather (blizzard) delaying delivery, and vacation plans, which we delayed.
