Do NOT under any circumstances hire Chance to do any work for you. His quote changed twice, mid-job; he left large chunks of concrete and debris all over our property, despite a contract promising clean-up; and he failed to return to repair his shoddy work (despite warranties in the contract) and never completed the job.
