Overall this company is at most a laughable organization. System went down and was informed through my apartment complex. I helped to identify that my hub was offline and not working. Customer support is pathetic joke. I gave all the info of the hub not working repeatedly did everything that was asked example unplug , plug back. Still nothing. They blamed everyone even the wifi company cox. I turned in my hub to the front leasing office of my complex and said they will take care of it. Again

My IOTAS Hub never worked. They never hooked it up in my house. I ended up calling their customer service line, and never got through to a person. I emailed them, left them voicemails, and never heard back. I scheduled a phone call appointment with them so then I knew 100% that a person would call me and help me set up my hub. No one ever called… I scheduled another appointment the next day… no one ever called. There’s literally no way to get ahold of these people. Absolutely frustrating.

I’ve been waiting for more than 2 months to have the app and what it controls to be fixed. I think that they are going bankrupt. Why else do they not respond or fix the issues, there’s about 40 people in my apartment building waiting to get the app fixed
