We used International Waterproofing to repair a terrace on our roof, they pretended waterproofing membrane wrapped around the edges. We had MAJOR water damage this week, and discovered that job was poorly executed, and membrane was not properly installed. Water leaked in garage and in kitchen for a high cost repair due to their poor job. The company does not take responsibility for their mistake.

Extremely unprofessional. I had an appointment this morning to meet with Carlos from their office. The appointment was scheduled for 10am. Called and texted him around 10:05, no response. Waited around for 15 more minutes. No show. This is poor customer service. If you are not able to make an appointment or need to reschedule, should've said something instead of wasting people's time. Would not recommend this company, you're better off with Everest waterproofing or alpha restoration.
