I cannot say enough good things about IWC. We had a misunderstanding regarding the contract. However, we reached out to Michael Kennedy our sales rep and he immediately offered solutions and kept in communication with us. Even though IWC was not at fault they took care of us and remedied the situation. I would recommend IWC to anyone and everyone for their commitment and excellent work.
