Matt did a fantastic job for our 11 month home inspection for a new construction home. He found out issues in the exterior and roof of the house which we weren't aware and the previous inspector even missed. He checked every plug point, every appliance, every vent, and every corner of the house to ensure things are working as stated. Lastly, he checked for seepage and mold growth through his thermal gun. Really great home inspector and would highly recommend.
